Small plane thingiverse

Small plane

thingiverse larsi 19443 Free

This is a small plane, with the wing frame printed and the body being a thing wooden stick.
The model has been inspired from http://www.4p8.com/eric.brasseur/glider2.html
It does fly :-)

Instructions
The wing frame is covered with really light weight paper (silk paper bought in a book store for a dollar or two). The paper is attached to the wing frame using a glue stick. The two wings can be glued onto the stick using hot glue. I've taped two small coins in front to balance the plane. The point of balance should be in the middle of the wings.
There is a holder for a propeller (rotor-holder), but I haven't tested this yet.
I guess the frame could be printed also, but a wooden stick worked.
The wings are angled slightly to get lift, and are angle outwards to get better balance. The angle can be adjusted to what you find best.
