An attempt to print all land, looks best if you hold it against the light.
Instructions
Use a map image as background in google sketchup, and once all islands and continents are closed you fill the oceans as one continuous area, next you extrude that a little bit, and you put it on to of a rectangle. To print it I used concentric contours in slic3r.
