To put the rocket together, push the tube without the launch lug into the one with the launch lug. Then, after you have installed the parachute and rocket wadding, push the nosecone into the top of the top tube (if it's too loose, add tape, if it's to tight, sand it down). Push the engine (I used a B-64 Estes engine) into the bottom tube. Finally, take the base piece and line up the pegs with the holes in the bottom of the bottom tube and turn 90 degrees or so.
