You will need a rocket engine and a mount for the engine and a parachute.
Instructions
1.Buy a A. model rocket engine
Build a mount for the engine
3.Build a parachute ( I like to use a garbage bag cut into a hexagon)
4.Make a shock cord hot glue it onto the tube and the nosecone and tie the parachute on to the shock cord with string.
