I've seen the hinges on display on this site, but saw none of this type. This is part of a work in progress, hinges that you might find in something like glasses.
They fit snug but still might need some further tweaking, but since this is a part for use in custom projects, you'll have to put work in to integrate it anyway.
The size is the smallest i felt ok with at 0.25 extrude. A small household nail is use-able as center pin.
