Two cylindrical spaces are about 23.5mm apart, and the diameter is approximately 7.5mm. As long as the two holes on the toilet cover are roughly the same size, they can be inserted together. If it's too loose, you can use the remaining fine thread left over from printing to insert it along with the cylinder and it will tighten up.
