Humans combine two-tiered stone stupas, with the current height at 128 cm. The stupa body features six statues of Jizo and one statue of Amida, carved in half-flesh relief on its sides. A rod has an inscription that reads, "Japan's Upper Province of Kanto, Yamada District, Sueno Village, Hineya Mountain Cave Resident / Dedicated as the Reverse Meritorious Deed Owner Master Myoshin [Soul Seat] / On the 5th day of the 3rd month in the year nine of Eiryaku (1512), Master Myoshin became the owner of merit and was established to reverse-merit (pre-death funeral service) purposes." Located in Kawachi-machi, Gunma Prefecture. Designated as an important cultural property by the city.
