Now, anyone can browse the local meat shops' karaage data thanks to Unofficial Tsukuba Ambassador's extensive knowledge of local information and Shibahara Akihiko-san's exceptional ability to painstakingly extract each piece of data, sometimes taking hours per piece. This project is a testament to Tsukuba's unique approach where technology coexists with the local community.
