The FrOgres of Slundermush may have started out as a perverse crossing between her and an ogre…no one knows for sure, but it seems a safe bet. They possess the unnatural strength of their presumed parentage, as well as a frog’s ability to leap great distances and a truly frightening bite attack. They are however, fairly dim-witted, using only rudimentary tools and weapons. Dark-Platypus Studio specializes in making models for role-playing game enthusiasts. Our models are designed to be printed in 28mm scale, the perfect size for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, or other games that are often played on a 1” grid. They are also designed to stand up to actual tabletop use: no ridiculous spindly bits that look awesome but are going to break the first time someone sneezes. Paintability and ease of assembly are also important concerns to our design aesthetic. The FrOgre was created as a Stretch Goal for the DRAGON FROG kickstarter. The stretch goal level was not reached, however, so the FrOgre has remained unreleased –until now!
