Design Concept: At the center of the wind chime and rail head, a sun shines bright, illuminating Taitung's land forever. Combining eagle feathers, which symbolize nobility and heroism among indigenous peoples, we aim to inspire people to care for this land like the sun, cherish nature, and learn from indigenous bravery, soaring freely in the sky like feathers.
