Miyagi Prefecture's SATOHAMA Site Yields a Treasure / Found in the Meiji Era, Now at the Osaka History Museum From Japan's Miyagi Prefecture, the SATOHAMA site has given up a valuable artifact. This relic was discovered during the Meiji period (1868-1912). Dating back to Japan's Late Jomon Period, roughly between 4000 and 1000 BCE, this ancient treasure now resides at Osaka Museum of History. Dimensions: 160mm Owned by Osaka Museum of History
