Nido King is a large bipedal Pokémon. Its body is much larger than Nidorino and Nidoking. Nido King is purple, with no spots on its body except for white markings on its chest and belly. The most striking feature of Nido King is the massive and sharp horn on its head, which is highly toxic and serves as a powerful attack weapon. Small and pointed spikes line the edges of Nido King's ears, while the inside is green. Five teeth are found on each side of Nido King's lower jaw, with the fifth tooth being a long canine, making it visible whether its mouth is open or closed. Nido King's eyes are triangular in shape, with black pupils and white irises, giving them a menacing appearance. A row of large, sharp spikes runs from the base of Nido King's neck to its tail. Its tail has several thin stripes. Nido King's front legs have three toes, while its hind limbs have only one large, hoof-like toe.
