Famous Keelung Temple Food Stalls, located in front of the Dianji Palace, which enshrines Kai Zhang San Wang, are a must-visit destination. The Dianji Palace was built in 1873 during the Tongzhi period and has undergone several renovations over the years, including in 1905, 1923, and 1947. Two stone lions stand guard at the entrance, bearing inscriptions that read "Taisho Henxu Nengdan" and "Minguo Wushiba Ni Zhongxiu." Both lions are carved with open mouths, one deep and one shallow. Their eyes are rounded and small, while their noses and cheeks are plump and full of flesh. They wear round, large faces and thick, chubby fingers that give them a warm and cheerful appearance. The intricate carvings on their chests are exquisite, featuring numerous hollowed-out plaques that add to their refined charm. The overall style is similar to that of the Cheng An Temple in Shuangxi, New Taipei City, and the Jiao Xie Temple in Qixi, Yilan County.
