Low-cost aluminum extrusion waterproof cases are available. These cases meet an IP65 water and dust rating. (They can withstand water spray from any direction for more than 3 minutes, even when submerged in a fine powder at a rate of 12.5 liters per minute.) The top and bottom covers are easily removable, making it easy to install circuit boards or equipment.
