I've attached a funnel to the pet bottle cap. It was supposed to exhaust through the side hole, but the central hole is larger and air escapes from there instead. It might be effective for very viscous liquids, though. I think it's practical enough, but I've also uploaded the Design Spark file in case you want to modify it.
