Dhwani is what I have named this design which translates to acoustics/Melody is a speaker that amplifies natural sound with the help of design acoustics and with no aid of any sort of electrical source. The intention of the design is to offer a cheaper alternative to a Bluetooth speaker which approximately costs about 25-40GBP. The Model Consumes about 70-90g of printing material which costs about 3-4GBP per model. This model was designed for an iPhone 7+ but does work with previous iPhones where the speaker grill is located on the bottom. This design initiated when I was looking to purchase a Bluetooth speaker but the ones I looked at very pretty expensive and I couldn’t justify to buy one that expensive so I decided to design something that could amplify my phone audio output and get it printed using the university’s printing machine or get it outsourced. The Model has an optional space for the phone’s charging cable to pass and act as a charging dock as well.3D Printing Method: FDMMaterial Selected: ABS
