This is the case for https://hackaday.io/project/166766-Simon. It comes in five pieces: the top, back, battery door/lid, button, and speaker shelf. The speaker shelf attaches to the back of the speaker and is held against the board with #4 1/4" trumpet head self-tapping screws through the back of the battery holder. Ensure you orient the shelf so that the speaker wires hit the holes on the board. Print four buttons in clear/translucent material and the rest of the case in opaque. Drop the four buttons into the holes in the top case. Place the board into place with the big hole over the matching post. Place the back over the back of the board, so that the holes line up with the holes in the board. Secure the back with two #4 3/8" pan head self-tapping screws. Insert two AA batteries into the battery holder. Insert the tab on the battery door into the side of the opening opposite the arch and flatten the lid down. Secure it with a #2 3/16" self-tapping pan-head screw.
