Сonstruction stapler handle
thingiverse
I broke the handle of my construction stapler. I designed and printed a new one. I use CURA for slicing. When printing, it's best to type in a horizontal position. This makes the process more reliable. In the Experimental section, I turned on fuzzy skin mode to improve grip when holding the stapler during operation. To achieve a smooth surface for fixing, you need to use blocker supports and stretch them to your desired size. Select special settings, add fuzzy skin, and remove the check mark. I used tree support for this project. I printed with ABS plastic, but any other type, such as PLA or SBS, will work just fine. Make sure the item is securely on the table. I didn't use a raft during printing.
