Vyatkin Vadim, MBOU SOSh №12, 7 class.\nIS-3 (Object 703) — Soviet heavy tank developed during the Great Patriotic War period, launched into mass production in its final days and unable to participate in it. Therefore, this combat machine is often considered one of the first post-war Soviet tanks. The IS abbreviation means "Joseph Stalin" — official name for series Soviet heavy tanks released from 1943-1953. Index 3 corresponds to the third serial model of this tank family. Due to its distinctive upper frontal part shape, it got nicknamed "Pike". 3D model is not an exact replica!
