On the Calvary in Retz stands six historic sandstone groups from the first half of the eighteenth century. This 3D model vividly depicts the "Mount of Olives". An angel extends a chalice to the devout Jesus on his knees. In Christian iconography, the Mount of Olives symbolizes a poignant scene where Jesus, often kneeling atop a small elevation, receives the cup of suffering from an angel's outstretched hand.
