What you get in these files are the upper and lower parts of the engine cradle bushings for front and inner rear mounting positions, as shown in the pictures. I printed mine with Taulman 618 Nylon on an Ultimaker 2. The most common problem using this material is warping during printing. I achieve good results using the following settings: Nozzle Temperature at 230 degrees, Bed Temperature at 40 degrees, Layer thickness of 0.15 mm, print speed of 80 mm/s, shell and bottom/top thickness of 1.2 mm, cooling fan turned off for better adhesion on the buildplate. Using doublesided tape brings very good results for big parts and prevents warping. However, if using doublesided tape, do not heat the buildplate, as the heat will soften the glue on the tape. I set the fill density to 70% for the lower part, or you can print it solid depending on your preference for comfort or sporty stiffness. For the upper part, I use 50% fill density. Replacing three of four bushings in my Cadillac eliminated the rattle during braking and improved the ride, which is now comfortable under acceleration. However, if you decide to use these parts on your vehicle, it's at your own risk! Have fun printing them! If you have any ideas for improvement, please let me know.
