Sculpture of a golden eagle (Aguila chrysaetos) with a circular cavity on the top, a feature that identifies it as a container for offerings or 'cuauhxicalli' ('eagle vessel'). It was located in 1985 under the former House of the Marquis of Apartado, at the corner of Donceles and Argentina, and was associated with a pre-Hispanic base adjacent to the Templo Mayor.
