The harness side connector also fits the original plug-in connector in the cockpit. The only difference is that you screw the connector. Thus, the wire hanger is omitted and nothing wobbles more. After professional installation, the plug connection is almost waterproof and in every respect better than the 50-year-old original Seckverbindung. The appropriate pins (MCP 2.8 and flat plug 2.8x0.8mm), single wire seal, cable and plugs must be obtained. Crimp contacts can also be unlocked again with this design. I.e. NO one-way plug!!!
