ZYYX Webcam Holder - Keeping an eye on your prints
thingiverse
This innovative design empowers you to mount a D-Link camera directly onto your printer. Enjoy the freedom of monitoring your printer's progress in real-time, anytime and from anywhere! Instructions: The essential starting point is obtaining a D-Link camera, specifically the DCS-930L model that this design was tailored for. Next, choose a preferred plastic filament – we recommend black PLA for its excellent print quality. Additionally, secure double-sided tape to complete your required materials. Print two parts: the holder and the ZYYX-tag. The holder requires rafts and supports during printing, but be sure to remove excess material after the print is completed. On the other hand, the ZYYX-tag should not have any raft or supports to ensure a smooth surface that facilitates better adhesive bonding with the double-sided tape. After printing both parts, place an adequate amount of double-sided tape on the backside of the ZYYX-tag and secure it firmly onto your printer as demonstrated in the provided images. Once you've done this, insert the camera into the holder and mount it on the tag. To access and enjoy live streaming of your printer's output, register for an account with MyDlink.
