Zyltech 12V 30A Power Supply Cover
myminifactory
I recently purchased a 12V 30A power supply from Zyltech to replace my old stock 20A one on my printer that ran excessively hot. The Zytech one is significantly nicer, quieter and runs much cooler, but I needed a casing for the wiring. I wanted it to hold my power switch and A/C socket as well, just like my Ender 3 setup. There are already several good designs here that I could have made work, but I wanted to design this one from scratch as a learning experience since I'm trying to transition over to Fusion360. I'm using a socket and switch that I salvaged from an old ATX power supply that seems to be less common, so I've also included a blank cover that you can cut out the holes you need to suit your needs. Maybe someone will find it useful! I attached the cover using three M4x10 screws in the larger holes, and the one smaller hole on the left side matches one of the pre-existing M3 screws in the case; replace that screw with a M3x10 screw through the cover. It prints fine without support if your printer is decent at bridging. My printer printed great with PETG, and PLA should be even easier.
