ZX Spectrum Universal Parallel Interface case
pinshape
This is a case for ZX Spectrum Universal Parallel Interface by Jiiira, comprising top and bottom parts and a joystick inhibit button. Two versions of the top shell are available: one with text and one without, allowing you to choose your preference and print only one. Additional information in Czech can be found at http://cygnus.speccy.cz/popis_upi-jiiira-8255.php. Some adjustments are necessary as the original "Prototype 2" PCB design is not very casing-friendly. The joystick-enable switch near the DB-9 connector is unstable, so a standard on-off push button switch used in many multimeters (e.g., DT9205) has been employed for power on functionality, soldered onto a small conversion PCB. The reset button is located in the middle of the board and is a momentary push button. It's close to the board and hard to extend the push area, so a standard momentary button switch and a small conversion board have been used.
