ZX Pi Arcade

My Nostalgic Arcade Cabinet Revival Project. Size-wise, my build measures 240x210x200, which might push the limits of standard bed printers. Initially, I printed all panels in PLA, but ultimately chose acrylic due to its affordability and superior aesthetic appeal. The brain behind this operation is a Raspberry Pi 3 running Retropie, paired with a Waveshare 7-inch LCD screen for crisp visuals. Controls are handled by a budget-friendly Chinese arcade USB controller featuring 12 buttons and a joystick, while audio duties fall to a compact USB speaker. For those interested in replicating or modifying my design, I've included STL files showcasing the cabinet's appearance along with 123D and STEP files allowing users to export or manipulate individual parts as needed for printing.
