Zx-9r Petcock
thingiverse
This is a petcock lever designed for a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-9R. I created it after my bike came missing its original lever, prompting me to devise a solution. Prior to delving into 3D printing, I fabricated an unsightly aluminum rod to use as a makeshift lever. Testing this on my bike revealed that it functions properly and stays securely in place. Additional images may be added. Usage: Simply attach the lever using an M4 screw (and optionally an M4 washer). Note that the hole is not square but measures 6.1 x 6.8 mm, limiting mounting options to just two positions. The valve will be in its "ON" position when rotated clockwise until it stops. When installed correctly, the text facing upwards indicates the selected valve. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 30% Notes: I do not recommend using less than 30% infill due to the force exerted on the lever.
