ZWO ASI6200 M68 Tilt Plate Baffle Remix
thingiverse
A fellow astrophotographer requested that I reprint Monkeybird747's original design, as he was experiencing light leakage with his ZWO tilt adapter. Using a 0.1mm nozzle, I discovered that the lower sections of the print were prone to warping, and when I switched to a 0.4mm nozzle, the baffle part turned out to be excessively thin - less than one nozzle diameter in width, making it unreliable and highly fragile. To resolve these issues, my remix incorporated a slender cylinder within the adapter's interior, allowing for seamless and reliable printing using a 0.4mm nozzle. Printing at 0.1mm layers will yield a crisp, high-quality thread. I would like to extend my gratitude to Monkeybird747 for creating the original design and providing valuable input.
