The Lacerta M48 to Canon EOS Off-Axis Guider (OAG) has a fairly stout pick-off tube, but there still can be some rotation or slippage of the T-mount connected to the guide camera, particularly if the guide camera cable snags. This 3D-printed part bolts to the M4 threaded holes on the back of the ZWO ASI120 camera, and bolts to the 1/4"-20 tripod socket on the base of the Canon DSLR. This particular part is built for the EOS 650D. Slight modifications would be needed for different DSLR's or different guide cameras, since the focus positions would be different.
