I remixed Andrew's great work and added a part to attach the ring around the camera with a screw. Depending on your filament, you may need to scale the object down a bit (98-99%) as the diameter may be a bit too large. If your cables don't fit in the brackets (like some of mine), you can fit them with Velcro strips that fit perfectly in the gap between the bracket and the ring.
