Zune Flash case
thingiverse
I created a simple case for the Zune Flash player (2nd gen). My seven-year-old leather case was looking a little rough. This case features a clip that holds the top in place. The bottom is completely open to allow easy access to both ports. The Zune fits snugly into place, so you may have to adjust the dimensions slightly (depending on your 3D printer's accuracy). I also made a basic clip for it as an afterthought, which isn't the best setup, but it works. Just press it into the back and superglue it in place. Created using 123D Design and the design files are included. Print Settings Printer: Qidi Tech 1 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Notes: Print the case with the back side down. The clip is a little tricky. I printed it on its side to get nice straight sides, but the circular nubs along the back came out oblong-shaped and required trimming to fit into the case. You could try printing this with the nubs down, but then the inside of the clip will be full of support material. Play around with it I guess. Once you get it to fit into the holes in the case, superglue it in place - I glued mine around the nubs and around the perimeter of the clip.
With this file you will be able to print Zune Flash case with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Zune Flash case.
