I made a 3D model by taking multiple pictures of the engine from various angles and used CMVS-PMVS-master and visualSFM. Instructions in this video by Phil Nolan on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6eqW6yk50k) helped me through the process. UPDATE: Right now, I'm creating a new model with much higher resolution instead of using around 100-150 pictures in 5MP quality; I'm doing it with 795 pictures at 16MP quality. We'll see how it turns out when it's done rendering. I printed this model with my Velleman K8200, E3D v5 hotend at 0.4mm, and Velleman black PLA 3mm filament. Printing specs include: Layer thickness: 0.15mm Shell thickness: 0.8mm Filling percentage: 20% Printing speed: 50mm/s Hotend temperature: 190c Bed temperature: 50c Support settings: touching buildplate Platform settings: brim 30mm
