You wanted to replace your Garmin ZUMO 220's RAM MOUNT with a custom holder that fits a 22mm handlebar on your wife's Yamaha XJ6, which works flawlessly without vibrations or issues. This custom mount will also be suitable for any motorbike featuring a 22mm handlebar and a minimum 80mm distance between holders. To make this holder, you need the original plastic bracket from ZUMO 220 (designed for bikes with three RAM MOUNT holes), three of its screws, washers, and nuts, plus four new M5x50 conical-head screws and corresponding nuts and washers.
