Zuca Cart Handle End Cap

Designed a replacement End Cap for the Zuca backpack cart although I'm sure it will work on other zuca models as well. This particular model is designed to be friction fit with a small rubberband (I used the small black rubberband style hair ties from my wife's supply lol) so it does not fall out. This particular model has been tested and has not fallen out of my handle while I have lost 2 of the original zuca end caps. I have included two separate models, one as a standard black cap and the other has the riddler logo on it that i used for my cart. I decided to print it with green resin so i can rest a green led behind it and it looks amazing! Printing: I tested this with a PETG filament using a 50 percent infill and supports to support the ring for the rubber bands to go around. I used a layer height of .18mm and a grid infill and the print came out beautifully. My final design was printed on my anycubic photon s with a translucent green resin. I then drilled a hole through my handle and my pole to install wiring and a switch to add an led inside of the handle. This allows my handle to glow during night rounds and the switch controls all the lights on my cart.
