We consistently experienced frustrating error messages indicating our system couldn't locate the USB device, which we suspected was caused by a loose or wiggly USB plug connection. Our modular design allows the second mount to be attached to either the bottom or back of the device using standard T-rex button head screws. Unfortunately, even after tightening all screws firmly, the "cant find USB device" errors continued to pop up occasionally, possibly due to manufacturing variations that are only evident during usage.
