The ZS6BKW antenna requires a special connector that links the ladder line to the dipole feed points. For this purpose, I employed the Cron ASA filament due to its impressive strength, moderate flexibility, and UV resistance. During printing, I set the temperature at 250 degrees for optimal results. The bed temperature was adjusted to 110 degrees for even heating. To ensure a strong bond between the print and the bed, I used a generous amount of ASA Juice for adhesion purposes. The assembly process utilizes eleven M4x10 counter-sunk screws and matching nuts to securely fasten the two halves together in perfect alignment.
