Zotac GTX 1080Ti Mini Custom 92x25MM Fan Mount and Bezel

This is a mod for the Zotac GTX 1080Ti Mini GPU. This allows you to attach (2) 92x25MM fans to the GPU, greatly increasing the cooling potential of the heatsink. The fans used in the photo are (2) Cooler Master Blade Master 92 fans. Please note that this modification changes the dimensions of the GPU to a 2.5 slot card, approximately 50MM excluding backplate. Important Note for PLA prints: Due to heat passing through the GPU mounts, you must anneal the PLA to achieve better heat resistance (100-110C resistance). There are several methods available, such as baking or boiling. Please account for 1-5% shrinkage depending on the PLA brand. I have not tested with PETG, but Nylon/ABS should be safe. Fans must be detached from their original frame and glued (epoxy) to the printed GPU fan mounts. Once mounted, they can replace the stock fans using the original hardware. You must also connect your own mini 4 pin GPU fan header plug or run these fans off a fan controller/motherboard.
