<p>I recently helped to build a PC. Friends graphics card of choice was affordable Zotac's GTX 1060 3GB single fan model. Due to construction/budgetary limits of graphics card it was loud while in high performance mode. We decided to add some noctua fans on it as it is know for its quietness. First try with zipties worked but it was so ugly, that we had to figure out something else. And so there it is.
