This is a Zotac 3060 Replacement Shroud to allow the use of 80mm PWM fans to replace the original fans if they have failed. I have included a picture of the heatsink to compare to yours, the difference between this shroud and the other with the 120mm fans on here is that the screws on the heatsink are in different places. You will need 4 x M2 x 4mm screws.
