Zortrax M200 Noctua Lower Fan Distance

This is a custom distance piece for the lower fan on the Zortrax M200. The 40mm Noctua fans are slightly taller than the original fan, causing issues where the fan shroud collides with the board connector when replacing the fan. To resolve this, remove all eight rubber inserts from the Noctua fan and snap it into place. This should result in a total height matching that of the original distance piece, fan, and fan shroud.
