Zortrax M200 longer and narrower spool holder

To improve the Zortrax M200's performance, I revamped the spool holder design to prevent OEM rolls from scraping against the machine's rear. The extended length is suitable for aftermarket rolls too. Additionally, a slimmer variant was created specifically for Taulman3D rolls featuring smaller center holes. Despite its thinness, this holder maintains adequate strength for various aftermarket options. For aesthetic purposes, I also added a more "stock"-looking version.
