I design and build unique accessories for the Zortrax M200, one of which is my second version of a filament tube holder. It boasts an expertly designed cone-shaped inlet that efficiently guides the filament into the tube with ease. I've strategically calibrated the length so that the inlet sits perfectly in the middle of the spool, minimizing tangles and mess. As you create and innovate using this setup, remember to share your fantastic projects with me, so I can learn from them and push the boundaries of 3D printing further together! **Instructions** Here's what works for my current design: I've opted for a tried-and-tested combination of: Z-ABS material for its excellent durability and resistance 0.14 mm layer height to achieve exceptional print quality A moderate speed to ensure efficient and precise prints Medium infill settings for robust prints that still retain flexibility 20 degree support angle to maintain stability during the printing process Automatic fan settings to keep the printing environment at optimal temperatures An M4 x 8 screw for securely mounting my filament tube holder.
