<p>Zorbiter_Extruder Filament Sensor Mount &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<i>for MMU use</i></p><p>is for the &nbsp;<strong>ZOrbiter V1.5 Geared Extruder by ZARIBO &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><i>these Sensor Mount is needet to trigger when Filament is loadet to the Extruder-Gear&nbsp;</i></p><p>and based on</p><p><strong>ZOrbiter V1.5 Geared Extruder by ZARIBO</strong></p><p><a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/68982-zorbiter-v15-geared-extruder-by-zaribo"><strong>https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/68982-zorbiter-v15-geared-extruder-by-zaribo</strong></a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>parts need :</p><p>1pcs PC4-M10&nbsp;</p><p>Prusa-IR-Filament-Sensor (reused from Zorbiter-Extruder)</p><p>M2 screw (reused from Zorbiter-Extruder)</p><p>M3x10 (reused from Zorbiter-Extruder)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Disasemble the IR-Sensor , Bal and Lever inside the Zorbiter-Extruder</p><p>If you use the PC4-M10 , you need to change the Ball-Block with the PTFE-thru-Block</p><p>Mount the Prusa-IR-Filament-Sensor with the M2 Screw bettwen both Covers</p><p>the Sensor kabel need´s a little bit longer , so you need to pull it from the Einsyboard thrue the Kabel-Loom to the Extruder.</p><p>Pay attation when connect the Plug the red kabel show to the Filament-hole (PC4) , the Black to the outside .</p><p>the Trigger-Arm needs bettwen the sping and the Orbiter-Lever.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Recommended material: PETG or ABS/ASA.<br>switch "support on Buildplate” on..&nbsp;</p><p>Print orientation :</p><p>as it is&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
