Zoom MS-70CDR potentiometer knob cap

I adore the Zoom MS-70CRD pedal, but its potentiometer knob caps have a nasty habit of falling off. To solve this problem, I designed a replacement using OpenSCAD. The starting point was a template created by user [stevecooley](http://www.thingiverse.com/stevecooley/about) with his custom knob generator ([http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41274](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41274)). It's quite challenging to be perfectly flush with the factory-made knobs because it appears that the distance between the top of the post and the top of the cap is extremely small. Nevertheless, this design gets pretty close. Feel free to create remixes if you can come up with a solution that's even closer, I believe this is a solid starting point. Note: in the picture, the knob farthest to the right is the printed one. Thanks for taking a look!
