My Zonestar Z5MR2 came without a mount for the X endstop. The cable for the Z endstop didn't match the switch that was mounted to the frame. The Y endstop allowed the bed to home too far back, limiting the bed position that was useable. These parts are my fixes for these problems. I will add more pieces for extruder mounting, ZRIB cover, & cable management as I develop those pieces. The Z endstop mount is specific to the microswitch I used to replace the one from the factory. The factory switch came with a 4 pin connector & the wiring loom had a 3 pin connector. I saw that the X & Y stops only used 2 wires, so I made my Z stop the same. Mounts to the inside vee rail to allow more adjustment The X endstop mount adds a hole for ziptie to attach the cable for strain relief. You should be able to mount it with all the factory hardware. Position it so that the nozzle will be over the bed when sent a G0 X0. The homing position for my printer was about -28mm The Y endstop replaces one of the spacers for the wheels under the Y carriage & contacts the little "button" on the microswitch. Before the acrylic carriage just ran into the "arm" on the microswitch. Now Y0 is right at the front edge of the bed instead of 20mm in front of it! 01-14-2018 added mount to tilt extruder motors 45 degrees forward - reducing curve of Bowden tubes & moving incoming filament path up & away from wiring. 03-17-2018 added new parts to modify extruder drive to use a RepRap Champion MK8 hobbed gear. You will also need some 624-2RS bearings 4x31x5mm to replace the stock grooved bearings. This reduces the driving diameter from 11mm down to 7mm to supply more torque. You will need to re-tune your extrusion steps after this mod. The Z endstop mount may need a brim. How I Designed This All the parts were created in Fusion360. It took a few iterations to get things into the right places.
