Zonestar to Bowden Mount System

This is a Zonestar to Bowden mount system. I designed it after stripping out the treads on my heat break and aluminum block that mounts to the Stepper Extruder motor. To replicate this setup, you'll need several key components: A remote servo MK2 kit can be purchased from eBay for around $10. A Bowden Extruder is also required. Additionally, you'll need Teflon tubing, which should come with the kit; double-check that it's included to avoid any issues. Please note that this modification is irreversible: I had to cut through the stainless steel stepper holder. To achieve a flat surface, I carefully cut along the bend of the mount, resulting in one solid piece of stainless. I then utilized only the flat part of the stainless mount as a backing plate to counteract the flexible nature of the plastic mounting system. When I took these photos, the system was actively printing, so this setup is functional. Furthermore, I adjusted the bed settings and now utilize the entire bed area. With Simplified 3D, you can use the following offset settings: X=230 (offset -10), Y=230 (offset -10). It's worth noting that this build took me several weeks to perfect.
