Zonestar P802QR2 X Axis Mounts In this remix, I've taken a few steps to improve the STL files' printability: 1. I manually repaired the STL files so they're now ready for printing (the original file had mesh issues that prevented it from printing correctly). 2. Optionally, I've strengthened both parts by increasing the rear wall on each component by 2mm (you'll need to adjust the X motor gear assembly position to account for this extra thickness). Additionally, I've beefed up the flange support web with an extra 2mm of material. In the modified versions, I've increased internal massing wherever possible without compromising functionality. Print Settings: 1. I printed at a resolution of 0.2mm, with four perimeter walls and 30% infill. No support structures were necessary. 2. To enhance layer adhesion due to the print orientation, I used a temperature of 210 degrees Celsius. All my Zonestar upgrades can be found on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2936870
