This is a revised design for my Right Hand X Axis extruder mounts, specifically tailored for the Zonestar P802QR2 printer found on Thingiverse under https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3065295. The updated mount includes a Tensioner assembly to secure the X Axis drive belt. The redesigned Thing leverages the existing bearing and bolt setup from the original kit but requires two additional M3 Nyloc nuts and two 20 mm long M3 bolts, which I sourced from spare bolts supplied with the printer's original kit. To ensure a snug fit for the components, I've added 0.5mm runners to all sides of the tensioner block. These can be trimmed according to your printer's tolerance for optimal performance. All parts can be printed without support but may necessitate some cleaning up after bridging. For this design, I employed a 30% infill with four perimeters to enhance print resilience. Before assembly, make sure the Tensioner bolts do not obstruct or restrict the drive pulley belt's movement. Use caution when installing the tensioner to avoid any potential issues. Update: October 14, 2018 - A revised version of the Tensioner Block has been uploaded, addressing an orientation issue that caused incorrect rendering in the slicer despite printing successfully.
