Zonestar P802QR2 Large Motherboard Enclosure for 120mm Fan

This is a Motherboard housing for the Zonestar P802QR2. I'm still dealing with some extruder shifts with my current fan\housing, so I chose to design a much more spacious motherboard housing to fit a 120mm diameter stock fan. The housing includes removable port shutters, so you shouldn't have to disconnect anything while installing (unless to tidy up cables). The housing is attached to the same mounting points and standoffs supplied with the Zonestar. The design incorporates separate offset standoffs to center the motherboard within the housing, allowing for much more room for cable management around the board. You will need 4 additional M3 x10 plus nuts to secure the motherboard within the housing. Printing: 1.All three parts should print without support, but I added custom supports to the Lid retention clips and the motherboard mounting bosses for cleaner details. 2.Printed at 0.2 resolution with 20% infill minimum. Installation Tip: 1.Insert M3 nuts into bosses before installing the enclosure. 2.Insert cable ties into slots in the bottom of the housing before attaching it to the frame.
